small tools you guys actually use a lot onboard? trying to stop carrying a giant plastic toolbox full of stuff I never touch.

Multimeter. Headlamp. Small ratcheting bit driver. Magnetic pickup tool. A decent crimper if you do electrical work. Those probably solve 80 percent of the little problems I run into.

I am still building my kit but the inspection mirror has been weirdly useful. Also a little socket set instead of a giant one. I had way too much stuff onboard at first.
