looking for places that feel a little calmer for a weekend sail. not dead, just somewhere you can tie up, walk around, get dinner and not feel like you sailed into a party marina. ideas from the Waukegan side?

Port Washington is nice if you have the time for it. Racine is easier for a short weekend. honestly I care almost as much about where the marina sits in town as the sailing distance.
